It's a "B2B show", which essentially permits only Business visitors, Jewellery manufacturers, Importers, Traders, Retailers & Students from Gem & Jewellery Institute from India and Overseas.

No, there is no discount for group booking. Various phases have been defined to save money.

Entry to the show is restricted to persons below 18 years of age.

The entry passes/badges cannot be transferred / cancelled

Yes, Spectrum Seminars are organized to get a grip on the latest industry updates on design trends, manufacturing and technology innovations and more. It is the ideal occasion to update yourself with the latest innovation and fashion trends.

A tie up with the selected hotels near the venue offering unbeatable rates has been made available for the convenience of the visitors and exhibitors. Advance booking is recommended for the same. You can review the hotel properties and make your hotel reservation online, click here to confirm your reservations.

Airport transfer option is available at official hotels, which are included in the room rates.

Complimentary two-way shuttle bus will be plying between official hotels and from Goregaon railway station to the venue, (Bombay Exhibition Centre). You may check shuttle bus timings at IIJS helpdesk at our respective hotels or at the venue.

It is a 3 steps process at the Registration Hall, process is as follows:

  1. 1. Verification – In the verification stage, all documents of the visitors are checked to see, if he/she is eligible to attend the show.
  2. 2. Payment – Once the visitor successfully completes the verification stage, they move on to make the payments at the payment counters. Payments can be made through cash or credit card.
  3. 3. Photo pass ID – After making the requisite payments, visitors proceed to the photo pass ID counters, where their Id's are made through spot cameras and the Id's are printed and given to the visitors on the spot.

Please note that the whole exhibition is under CCTV surveillance. All the activities are monitored. Before entering the exhibition hall, please ensure that you declare any hand carried Jewellery or stone samples to the Security. Prior declaration will ensure that you are not facing any issue, while retaining the same at the time of Exit.

Yes, parking facility is available at the venue. Visitor vehicle can enter the venue from Gate No 1 and can park their vehicle at Ground No.2 of the Venue. Visitors will be charged for parking their vehicle. Parking charges are as follows:

Rupees 100/- for 4 wheelers

Rupees 20/- for 2 wheelers

Info Kiosks prominently scattered around the halls and managed by experienced representatives to answer queries. Interact with the exhibitors and confirm your appointments pre-show with the online business matching program. This interactive platform can be used prior to the show to screen exhibitors, make enquiries, schedule appointments and view the image gallery of exhibitors. It also helps with:

  • Get Automatic Matches based on their profile and your requirements;
  • Find matching exhibitors based on your profile;
  • View their latest collection;
  • Search exhibitors based on your business needs;
  • Send enquiries to exhibitors;
  • Schedule and confirm appointments

Yes, supervised crèche facility is available at the show.

Cafeteria serves a choice of multi-vegetarian cuisine specialties for breakfast and lunch. Coupons are available in the cafeteria. You may also grab a quick bite of different variety of snacks available at the Coffee Shops. Coffee Shops are strategically located at the show Venue. There are separate Jain food counters at the cafeteria. We serve ONLY vegetarian food at the show.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire exhibition area. But a special smoking lounge facility has been provided for the exhibitors as well as visitors. This lounge is located at the connecting walkway between hall 1 & 5.

A separate prayer room is also being created inside the hall for men & women. This area is accessible free of charge.

We have set-up a full-fledged business centre for your convenience in Hall no 1. The various facilities available at the business centre are computers, internet access, meeting rooms, conference rooms, photocopying, and fax. Above facilities can be availed on chargeable basis.

Hall No 1 of the Venue (Bombay Exhibition Centre) has a first aid booth. There will be a Team of Doctors, to attend any medical emergency. And also there will be an ambulance at the exhibition venue during the exhibition. As security measures are concerned, please note that the whole exhibition area is under CCTV surveillance. All the activities are monitored.

Since the event is pure B2B, the visitors can only place orders. Counter sales is not permitted.

The show will have 6 international pavilions. They are Belgium, Dubai, Italy, Thailand & Turkey.

No, IIJS is purely a Business To Business event, and meant for those who are in the Jewellery business, hence the exhibition is restricted strictly to trade visitors only.

CATEGORY A: MEMBER FIRM OF GJEPC: Maximum 2 Members from each company

Only for Partner, Director, Owner, Proprietor of the firms (Does not include Employees or others) 

Requirements:-

1) Visiting Card of *YOUR FIRM with YOUR NAME & DESIGNATION (*Approval of visiting card at the discretion of the Organiser) Digitally printed Visiting card will be rejected.

2) Copy of Valid photo ID (Driving License, PAN Card, Election Card, Passport, Adhaar Card (except railway pass) is a must in all cases.

3) TWO Recent passport size colour photos (2x2 inches with White background, taken within 6 months. Digitally scanned, photocopied & colour background photos will be rejected).

4) Copy of GJEPC Membership Certificate.

5) In case your name does not appear in the above mentioned certificate, you may attach a letter from the Co- partner/ Co-directors whose name appears in the RCMC Certificate provided by the Council/Partnership Deed/ Memorandum of Article of Association stating your name.

 

CATEGORY B: GJEPC NON-MEMBER FIRMS: Maximum 2 Members from each company

Only for Partner, Director, Owner, Proprietor of the firms (Does not include Employees or others)

Requirements:-

1) Visiting Card of *YOUR FIRM with YOUR NAME & DESIGNATION (*Approval of visiting card at the discretion of the Organiser) Digitally printed Visiting card will be rejected.

2) Copy of Valid photo ID (Driving License, PAN Card, Election Card, Passport, Adhaar Card (except railway pass) is a must in all cases.

3) TWO Recent passport size colour photos (2x2 inches with White background, taken within 6 months. Digitally scanned, photocopied & colour background photos will be rejected).

4) Copy of Valid Company Document - Sales Tax Registration Certificate, TIN, Shop & Establishment Certificate, Gomasta License (stating nature of Business).

5) In case your name does not appear in the above mentioned certificate, you may attach a copy of Partnership Deed/ Memorandum of Article of Association stating your name.

 

CATEGORY C: EMPLOYEES OF CATEGORY A & B:

Requirements:-   

1) Visiting Card of *YOUR FIRM with YOUR NAME & DESIGNATION (*Approval of visiting card at the discretion of the Organiser) Digitally printed Visiting card will be rejected.

2) Copy of Valid photo ID (Driving License, PAN Card, Election Card, Passport, Adhaar Card (except railway pass) is a must in all cases.

3) TWO Recent passport size colour photos (2x2 inches with White background, taken within 6 months. Digitally scanned, photocopied & colour background photos will be rejected).

4) Copy of Valid Company Document:-

(a) For GJEPC MEMBER FIRM - GJEPC Membership Certificate.

(b) For GJEPC NON-MEMBER FIRM - Sales Tax Registration Certificate, TIN, Shop & Establishment Certificate, Gomasta License (stating nature of Business).

5) Recommendation letter from Partner/Director or Proprietor of the firm. Letter must state your position in the firm.

On fulfilment of all the requirements as per the terms and conditions set by the Council, the visitor’s badges will be sent on the address specified on the form through Indian Speed Post. There is NO FACILITY OF SELF-PICKUP for badges. For any further clarifications, write to visitors@gjepcindia.com.

Incase, if you lose your badge, duplicate badge can be issued. The badge will be issued only to the same person who has lost his/her badge. A formal application on the Company’s letterhead for issue of duplicate badge needs to be submitted along with applicable fee of Rs.500+ service tax.

If you are an Elite Club/Privilege Visitor, pre-identified by the Council, then you need not submit any supporting documents – simply log in with your Privileged/Elite number and register. Registration will be accepted ONLY by online process. Click here to register.

Elite Members or Privilege visitors, who missed out on their pre-registrations, can register themselves at a special express counter in the Registration Hall (Hall No.7), just by submitting their Privilege /Elite number & paying applicable fees. Rates for Elite Club Visitor remain the same throughout all the phases of registration.

Yes, on spot registration counter opens at the venues from 01st August, 2016. But it is advisable to complete your registration formalities prior to the show. Your badges will be couriered to you in advance, which will enable you to walk into the show without delays and you will be able to take advantage of the early bird rates too.

The online registration is complimentary till a stipulated date, and can be done by uploading the below mentioned documents:-

After the deadline, Visitors can directly register at the venue by paying a fee of $100 for IIJS.

Each individual will have to obtain their visas from the Indian Embassy/Consulate for their respective countries. To get invitation/ recommendation letter from the Council, kindly apply for visa request letter, while filling the online International Visitor Registration Form.

International visitors/ Exhibitors can opt for a local mobile number /sim card by submitting the below mentioned documents at the nearest Mobile Store:-

Yes, we have a dedicated counter for foreign exchange at registration hall no 7 extension.

  2. 2. Copy of Valid photo ID (Driving License, PAN Card, Election Card, Passport, Adhaar Card (except railway pass) is a must in all cases
  3. 3. Two recent passport size colour photos (2x2 inches with White background, taken within 6 months. Digitally scanned, photocopied & colour background photos will be rejected).
  4. 5. Recommendation letter from an associate, who is a member firm of GJEPC OR, has a registered firm with a Sales Tax number from the Gem & Jewellery industry along with GJEPC membership Certificate/Sales Tax Certificate
  5. A letter from your own firm stating the nature of your business/services

Associates & Industry Professionals entry is restricted to specific days. They are allowed to enter the exhibition ONLY on SUNDAY, 07th Aug, 2016 FROM 1:00 pm ONWARDS & MONDAY, 08th Aug, 2016 from 10.00 am onwards.

Registration for the Machinery Section is complimentary & Deadline for registering is 15th July 2016

Students can register themselves with the below documents, on or before 21st July 2016. NO SPOT REGISTRATION for students will be permitted.

  • 1. Recommendation letter from the Institute
  • 2. Current year STUDENT Photo ID Card.(Only institutes from the Gem & Jewellery Industry will be allowed for the above)

Goods can be bought under ATA carnet or TIB.

This will be done by official freight forwarder appointed for the exhibition in co-ordination with MMTC and Customs. (Please note the whole exhibition area itself is a custom bonded area).

Media Lounge is situated at Hall no. 1 (near the entry gate), It is an exclusive area demarcated for the International & domestic press visiting the show. This lounge can be used by the media personnel to file their stories, relax, network and get useful updates about the exhibition. Media lounge is equipped with computer systems, Internet, fax line.
